How do I find a rental property?
There are 5 ways to search for your ideal vacation rental.
- Search by clicking on the map and following the prompts to your required country and region, you can browse through the properties at your leisure and narrow down your search to specify you requirements.
- Search by the region links underneath the map.
- Search by typing in the text search box e.g. “Disney villas” and your specific results page will be presented to you.
- Search by property reference number.
- Our advanced search allows you to be even more specific with your vacation rental requirements.
How do I make a booking enquiry?
Once you have found your perfect holiday villa just go in to the contact details. Fill in the easy enquiry form with any questions you may have, your required dates (if known) the number of people in your party and your correct contact details. Please make sure you give as much information as possible. The owner will then contact you directly. Your details will never be sold or passed on to any 3rd party. Make sure you sign up to our newsletter for future offers and special deals.

How can I get maximum exposure for my properties?
For absolute maximum exposure we have our home page feature properties. We also have feature positions on our region pages. The more places your property appears on the My Holiday Villa Rentals website, the more exposures your property will get, therefore boosting your chances of receiving enquiries.
For example, you can buy extra photos, link your website to your advertisement, feature your property, and also show your property on the relevant golf/ski/pet-friendly pages.

I haven’t received many enquiries what am I doing wrong?
The main reason for any lack of enquiries is that your prices are too high on your advert or you have not provided enough or clear information to attract enquiries. Please keep an eye on your competition.
How do I know when I get an enquiry, and what do I do then?

- When an enquiry is made to one of your properties you will receive an email alert telling you that you have an enquiry waiting in your members’ area.
- Log in to your secure members area to view the body of the email.
- If you decide that you would like to accept the enquiry, use your credits to purchase the contact details of your new client.

How do I know if an enquiry is genuine?
You can view the body of the email before you purchase the enquiry. You decide whether you would like to accept the client and have the contact details to be sent to you.
How do I load my property details?
Once you have registered as a member all you need to do is log in to your account and you will find links to load a new or edit an existing property on your account. If you are having problems or need help please contact the membership department.
How do I load my photos?
You can load your photos quickly by using your browser and adding each photo on to your advert from your computer.
How do I determine my prices?
If you’re not sure what price to set your rental, the best thing to do is to look at what your competition is doing. Consider things from a prospective renter’s point of view. Advantages to consider when determining prices are your location (is it front line beach) the facilities you are providing, the number of bedrooms you have and if your property is luxury or has anything specific which no one else is offering.
I have a website for my property, how do I advertise it on the Property Details page?
By using your credits you can link your website to your property details page for as many months as you choose.
Just add your URL (your website address such as: www.myplace.com) in the space provided when you edit your property details.
I have a special offer/discount or late deal, how do I promote it?
Our Special Deals page is a great way of filling in those difficult weeks or any cancellations you may have. You can list your property on this page by purchasing credits. |
